Evolution IP Ltd was set up in 2004 by directors Tony McKernan and Vassos Chrysostomou to specialise in the delivery of Collaborative Working to clients in the Housing and Retail sectors.

Our simple philosophy is to work hard but have fun. We believe this to be what our clients want and it is our aim to work with more organisations who have the same beliefs.

Prior to establishing Evolution IP both Directors had extensive experience working on a range of projects for many large client organisations and consultancies such as BAA, BA, LDDC, Railtrack and MOD, BRE implementing collaborative projects as well as
more traditional working.

We have successfully established ourselves since 2004 working for Housing Associations and consortiums, retail clients, contractors, housebuilders and local government clients in England and wales implementing collaborative working frameworks.In the last 2 years we have also been involved with Welsh Assembly Government and their housing directorate.

We have close links to organisations such as Constructing Excellence Wales, Procurement for Housing and HouseMark with whom we share resources and jointly bid for work.
