Process improvement
Through our work for government, Public and private clients we
have developed extensive experience of applying collaborative
techniques to remove waste and inefficiency at all stage of the
construction process. Through expert Continuous Improvement
(CI) facilitation linked to performance measurement and
understanding cost and process, we work with project teams
to set targets for waste reduction in project delivery.
Having to set targets, we mentor and coach the project teams
to identify opportunities of improvement or the eliminate/
minimise the root causes of problems.
We have found that change and improvement is only possible
from a thorough understanding of processes and cost using
CI tools and techniques with long term collaborative
relationships. |
