Strategic construction advice

Since 2003 we have been involved with public and private
sector clients to help them re-organise their construction
activities and supply chains.
We work with individual local authority, housing association
and retail clients as well as Housing Consortiums involved
in collaborative development, maintenance and purchasing
frameworks.

This work involves:

•  Analysing the clients in the development of Asset Management and Procurement Strategies.
•  Forming long term partnering relations through the supply chain with all suppliers that provide a Strategic Critical Service to the client, including OJEU Contractor Selection Procedures.
•  Collaborative Working Training and Development of client staff and supply chain members.
•  Establishing Collaborative Frameworks, Contracts and Procedures
